Information provided to me by users of this website will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required to do so by law. Your email and other essential data is stored in the by me and Mailchimp (if you have subscribed to my emails)  and is only accessible by me s.
We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.

This website does not store or capture personal information, unless voluntarily offered (for example via feedback forms and email sign-up boxes). If you provide your email address and/or other details, you can remove yourself from future communications quickly and simply by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email you receive.

Data stored may include the following: Name, Email, Company, Website, Address, Phone Number, Mobile Number, very limited Financial Information - no credit card numbers, and other information you provide about your situation and needs.

Should you wish us to delete your data from our systems please email john@speaking-infront.co.uk with the subject “Data removal request” and I will complete your request within 7 working days.
